We're a rapid-growing, Shark Tank-funded healthcare & wellness company building one of India's most trusted consumer healthcare brands across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, pharmacies, and doctor-led channels.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance function and bring structure to our accounting, reconciliations, and financial operations.

The Role

We're looking for someone who understands the complexities of a high-volume D2C business and can independently manage accounting operations, payment gateway reconciliations, marketplace settlements, and financial reporting.

What You'll Own
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
- Reconcile payment gateways, banks, Shopify, marketplaces, courier COD collections, and other online payment channels.
- Handle vendor payments, receivables, payables, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Support GST, TDS,



statutory compliances, audits, and monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Must-Have Experience
- 7–9+ years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience working with a D2C consumer brand.
- Mandatory startup experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway reconciliations, ecommerce accounting, marketplace settlements, and banking reconciliations.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or consumer brands.
