Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Junior Accountant professionals who are well versed with Tally software and statutory compliances. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations, GST/TDS/PT compliances, invoicing, reconciliations, audit assistance, and MIS reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Prime/ERP).
- Record vouchers, journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting records.

GST, TDS & PT Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.




- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle PT (Qualified Tax) return filing and related compliance activities.
- Assist in statutory compliance and documentation.

E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing
- Generate E-way Bills as per dispatch requirements.
- Prepare and generate E-invoices in compliance with statutory regulations.

Invoicing & Follow-Up
- Prepare sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Follow up with debtors and creditors for outstanding payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain ageing reports and payment schedules.

Cash & Documentation Management
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
- Organize accounting files, vouchers, and statutory records (physical & digital).

Audit & MIS Support
- Assist during internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and other management reports.
