Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Marketing Lead role based in Mumbai, focused on Polymer, PVC, and Caustic products. The Marketing Lead will develop and implement marketing strategies for these product lines, including segment analysis, pricing inputs,



and positioning in domestic and international markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking competitor activities, analyzing demand and supply trends, and preparing performance reports and forecasts. The role will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to support volume growth, optimize margins, and ensure timely customer deliveries. The Marketing Lead will also engage with key customers and channel partners, address service issues, and support product-related communication and promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder interactions, build client relationships, and address issues effectively.
