Cross Functional alignment
- Driving sales to collect model till 1st EMI and alignment with collection for DPD management
- Interacting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and disbursement
Cross sell
Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI), Asset Insurance and others in his/her region
Business MIS Reports
- Timely reporting of business figures
- Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her region
TA framework
- Making sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same
