Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee site supervision activities to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and inventory management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in HVAC installation or maintenance work on large commercial or industrial sites.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to heating ventilation air conditioning systems (HVAC).
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
