Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose problems, repair faulty equipment, and implement solutions.
- Offer technical services such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed in office including reports, inventory management, and communication with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field (industrial automation).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles applied to industrial equipment and machinery.
- Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site customer support
- Good Communication and customer service skills.
