• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or
Mechatronics Engineering
• Final Year Students or Fresh Graduates are preferred
Job Summary
Techexpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our
Production & Manufacturing team. The intern will gain practical exposure to the manufacturing
of industrial painting and coating systems, sheet metal fabrication, heavy fabrication, assembly,
quality control, production planning, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
• Support fabrication, welding, machining, fitting, and assembly operations.
• Learn the manufacturing process of:
o Liquid Painting Plants
o Powder Coating Plants
o Spray Booths




o Shot Blasting Systems
o Industrial Ovens
o Conveyor Systems
o Structural Fabrication
• Read and understand engineering drawings and production documents.
• Assist in production planning and daily work scheduling.
• Monitor production progress and prepare daily production reports.
• Support material handling and inventory coordination.
• Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS), 5S, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Projects departments.
