Role Overview:

The Senior SEO Executive is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving organic growth for Windy Streets digital presence in a B2B qualified services context. You will lead SEO initiatives from research to execution, building visibility with US CPA firms, PE firms, and multi-unit operators who are evaluating offshore accounting partners. This role works closely with the marketing team (content, design, web/ops) and demands a blend of analytical rigor, technical SEO expertise, and a forward-thinking approach, including the adoption of AI-powered tools to stay ahead in an evolving search landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data-driven SEO strategies aligned with Windy Streets growth goals, improving organic rankings and driving high-quality traffic from core audiences: US CPA firms, PE firms, and multi-unit operators
- Conduct keyword research and gap analysis across service lines (FDD, CAS, audit,



valuations, tax compliance, advisory) to identify content optimization and topic clustering opportunities
- Analyze competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the offshore accounting space
- Optimize website content, meta tags, title tags, URLs, heading structures, internal linking, and schema markup to maximize visibility and CTR for service and solution pages
- Develop and execute digital PR and outreach strategies targeting accounting/finance publications, building ethical backlinks to strengthen domain authority and credibility
- Collaborate with the web/ops team on Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile-first indexing, crawlability, canonicalization, structured data, and XML sitemap optimization for thewindystreet.com
- Partner with content creators, designers, and marketing ops to ensure blogs, one pagers, webinar assets, and LinkedIn content align with search intent, E-E-A-T princip
