Get to know the Business Operations Team

The Business Operations Team is the central operating hub of Workstreet. We
oversee the systems, processes, data, contracting, and alignment with adjacent
teams and partners. The team includes a few departments and functions, including
Deal Desk, Collections, Data and Analytics, Partnership Management, and IT. The
goal of Business Operations is to ensure that our data capture is accurate, our
processes are sound, and that the information we gather is fueling our
decisions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Partnership Operations Specialist to join our
team. This role is critical to streamlining our sales operations by managing
contract creation, deal processing, and administrative tasks that support our
GTM teams. Working closely with Account Executive sand Finance, you will act as
a primary operational engine—supporting customers with their platform questions,
handling high-volume contract routing, maintaining CRM data hygiene, managing
customer communications around usage and renewals. The ideal candidate has




robust customer support skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent data
management skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a
fast-paced, remote sales environment.

What You'll Do

* Customer support for technical questions. Will directly support customers,
live on calls and via email or Slack, with questions or inquiries about their
GRC platform needs.
* Direct partner contract creation and management, using approved templates and
commercial pricing guidelines to compile 20–30 highly accurate customer
agreements daily.
* Renewal Management. Supporting customers in their renewals and
upgrades/downgrades of their software and services.
* Own the post-execution contract lifecycle, systematically downloading,
organizing, and archiving signed legal agreements within secure Google Drive
repositories.
