Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with experience in Oil & Gas hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for refinery, EPC, construction, shutdown, and maintenance projects across the GCC region. The role primarily focuses on blue-collar recruitment, with occasional hiring for white-collar technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for GCC oil & gas projects.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media.
- Recruit blue-collar and technical professionals for refinery, petrochemical, EPC, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, offer management, and candidate follow-ups.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, or Construction sector.
- Proven experience in blue-collar hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting for GCC projects is preferred.
