Position: Social Media Strategist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to manage and grow the social media presence of influencers and emerging brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the complete content lifecycle across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.

• Create monthly and weekly content calendars, including post ideas, reel concepts, campaign themes, and content schedules.

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to keep client profiles relevant and engaging.

• Plan content pillars and storytelling frameworks to strengthen brand positioning and audience growth.

• Manage and oversee content publishing across multiple platforms including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.





• Ensure timely cross-platform posting and optimization of content based on the platform's audience and best practices.

• Stay updated with platform-specific features, trends, algorithm updates, and content opportunities across all major social media channels.

• Coordinate with clients to discuss content ideas, campaign concepts, and social media strategies.

• Present content plans and calendars to clients and obtain necessary approvals before execution.

• Prepare detailed content briefs and creative directions for video editors, graphic designers, and other creative team members.

• Work closely with the editing and design teams to ensure content is developed as per the approved strategy and brand guidelines.

• Review completed content and ensure quality standards are maintained before final approval and publishing.
