Role Description
The Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist will design, build, and manage customer journeys and campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring personalized and data-driven experiences across digital channels. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru South,



with flexibility for some work-from-home days as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring journeys, setting up segmentation and targeting, creating and testing templates, and monitoring performance dashboards and reports. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into executable workflows, optimize journeys based on performance insights, and ensure adherence to privacy, compliance, and data governance standards. The role also involves troubleshooting platform issues, documenting configurations and best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar journey orchestration and marketing automation platforms, including journey design, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.
