Qiaben Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Dental & Medical Billing Intern
to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This internship provides hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare billing, insurance claim processing, and payment posting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in submitting dental and medical insurance claims
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
- Review and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Support payment posting and account reconciliation
- Follow up with insurance companies on pending or denied claims
- Assist in claim corrections and resubmissions
- Maintain accurate documentation in billing software
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Healthcare Administration, Commerce,
or related field
- Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email communication)
- Willingness to learn U.S. insurance processes
