Position: HR Generalist

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: 5–6 years of Plant HR experience

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support Plant HR operations in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure statutory and customer audit compliance, including IATF audit coordination.
- Support manpower planning, headcount forecasting, and annual HR budgeting.
- Organize employee engagement, welfare, and motivational activities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and other HR activities as assigned.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/HRMS.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
