Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing retail and distribution accounts, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, providing detailed product information,



and ensuring excellent customer experiences at all touchpoints. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations to execute promotions, track performance, and provide feedback from the market. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, participating in training sessions, and representing NutTribe’s brand values in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in FMCG or related sectors.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, including coaching retail staff or channel partners to improve product knowledge and performance.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Knowledge of FMCG or health and wellness products, with interest in nutrition and fitnes
