Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the office interiors and construction market. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with design and project teams to develop proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and report performance metrics to leadership. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, ensuring a high standard of client communication, and supporting long-term account growth.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management, preferably within interior design, construction, or related industries.
- Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and deal negotiation, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Knowledge of workplace strategy, turnkey fit-outs, or project-based services, and ability to collaborate effectively with design, project, and technical
