Role Description
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads to support Northmark Digital’s sales pipeline and client growth objectives. This full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves researching target markets, compiling prospect lists, and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and digital channels. The role includes nurturing prospects,



scheduling discovery calls or demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate lead data in CRM tools. The Lead Generation Executive will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and provide feedback on campaign performance. Regular reporting on lead quality, volume, and conversion outcomes will be a key part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Ability to generate and manage new leads, with experience in lead generation and lead qualification through Cold Calling
