About the role

We are an integration-first B2B technology company. We help large enterprises connect their systems through MuleSoft, Salesforce Agentforce, API-led integration, cloud and AI. Our buyers are CIOs, integration leaders and IT decision-makers, so the way we present ourselves to them matters.

We are looking for a Designer who can turn complex technology into clear, sharp, and persuasive visual communication. This is not a production-only role. You will sit inside the marketing team and shape how Prowess Soft looks and feels across campaigns, sales conversations, events and digital channels. You will work closely with content, marketing, sales and leadership to support real business outcomes. This is a versatile, all-rounder role, so you will also take on work from sales and sales operations as priorities shift, not only marketing. We value someone who is eager to take up recent tasks and grow the role over time.

What you will do

Marketing campaign creatives
Design creatives for marketing campaigns across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and retail. You will build campaign visuals, ad creatives and supporting assets that carry one clear message.

Email and newsletter design
Design clean, responsive email and newsletter layouts for nurture journeys, product announcements and thought leadership, built to be readable and to drive clicks.

LinkedIn and social media creatives
Create scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners and campaign creatives. LinkedIn is our primary social channel, so this is a core part of the role.

White papers, PDFs, brochures, one-pagers and case studies
Lay out and design long-form and short-form collateral. You will turn dense technical content like migrations, accelerators and API strategy into structured, easy-to-read documen
