The Marketing Manager – Exports is responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales growth across export markets. The role works closely with distributors, sales teams, product development, and international partners to strengthen the company's presence in global markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesExport Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement export marketing plans for assigned international markets.
- Identify current market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Support country-specific product positioning and pricing strategies.
Brand Management
- Build and strengthen brand presence across export territories.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all international markets.
- Develop marketing campaigns tailored to regional consumer preferences.
- Manage brand guidelines and marketing assets.
Distributor & Partner Support
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Provide marketing materials, promotional support, and training.
- Monitor distributor performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with international partners.
Trade Marketing
- Plan and execute trade promotions, product launches, and in-store visibility programs.
- Develop POS materials and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor retail execution and market activation activities.
- Support key account and modern trade initiatives in export markets.
International Exhibitions & Events
- Organize participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Manage product showcases, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate event logistics and post-event lead management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
