About the Role

IndusInd Bank is looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates to join our Vehicle Finance team. Candidates with a passion for sales and customer acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Up to 28 years
- Freshers can also apply
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any Bank/NBFC are preferred

Note: Candidates who have attended an interview with IndusInd Bank for the same position within the last 3 months are not eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Source vehicle loan business through branch banking channels.
- Ensure timely processing of customer files and documentation.




- Coordinate with branch employees and various banking channels to generate leads from ETB (Existing-to-Bank) and NTB (Current-to-Bank) customers.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding lead status and business progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as per defined productivity standards.
- Adhere to all process guidelines and maintain operational hygiene parameters.
