Role Description
This full-time on-site Senior Associate or Analyst role is based in Pune City and focuses on supporting intelligent operations and transformation initiatives for WNS clients.
The role typically involves analyzing business processes and data, preparing reports and dashboards, and generating insights to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with client stakeholders, documenting requirements, validating data, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of analyses and process outputs. The Senior Associate or Analyst may also support solution implementation, contribute to process optimization projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements and performance targets. The position requires adherence to organizational policies, attention to detail, and proactive communication to maintain high standards of service.
