* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Ability to drive technical projects from conception to completion.
* Ability to translate complex data into transparent insights for both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to whiteboard solutions, connect technical concepts, and build
practical tools even when off-the-shelf options aren't available.

your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs
in product development with engineers.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will act as a key strategic leader driving
complex, high-impact initiatives. You will lead multiple horizontal programs
across SVT Sports. You will be responsible for bringing structure to ambiguous,
long-term programs, starting from conceptual phase all the way to global launch.
The Sports landscape at Google is highly horizontal, requiring deep coordination
across an ecosystem of engineering, product, UX, and partnership teams. You will
navigate cross-functional and cross-organization dependencies, manage downstream
change management, and drive consensus among senior stakeholders across
disparate groups globally.
