Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM technical components, integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll, and delivering end-to-end HCM integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll.
- Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, and employee data interfaces.
- Create and support HDL (HCM Data Loader) templates for data migration and mass updates.
- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and Fast Formula solutions where applicable.
- Configure and support payroll-related integrations, including employee master, payroll input, payroll output,



and third-party vendor interfaces.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for payroll integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, payroll teams, and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documentation.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of Oracle HCM Technical experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll.
