Job Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to support the Data Services team. This role requires someone who can manage complex data-related programs across data engineering, data platforms, analytics, reporting, integrations, migrations, data quality, and data governance.

The candidate does not need to be a hands-on data architect, but they should understand how data programs are planned, delivered, validated, and adopted by business and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate can bring structure to ambiguity, manage dependencies across engineering/product/business teams, improve execution visibility, and ensure data work delivers reliable, accurate, and usable outcomes.

Responsibilitie
s:
- Managing data services, data platform, analytics, reporting, or data management programs
- Coordinating work across data engineering, product, analytics, operations, finance, compliance, and business teams
- Understanding data pipelines, integrations, migrations, source systems, downstream consumers, and reporting dependencies
- Managing data quality, validation,



reconciliation, lineage, and controls
- Driving cross-functional execution through milestones, RAID, dependency tracking, and escalation
- Using Jira and Confluence as a system of record for execution, documentation, decisions, and stakeholder visibility
- Using AI tools to improve productivity, summarize information, draft reports, identify gaps, and reduce manual effort
- Communicating clearly with both technical teams and executive/business stakeholders
