Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine semen analysis as per WHO guidelines.
- Carry out sperm preparation for IUI, IVF and ICSI procedures.
- Assist in oocyte handling, IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, embryo transfer and cryopreservation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, quality control records and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure accurate documentation, sample traceability and adherence to SOPs.
- Manage laboratory inventory and consumables.
- Work closely with fertility consultants, nursing staff and the IVF team.
- M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology
- 12 years of experience in an IVF laboratory (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
- Knowledge of the ART Act & Rules, 2021, ICMR guidelines,



and routine ART laboratory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with laboratory SOPs, documentation, witnessing protocols, traceability, and quality assurance practices

Eligibility
- M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology
- 12 years of experience in an IVF laboratory (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
