Location: Kochi (Cochin), Kerala, India

Experience: 2–4 years in IT administration or support

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and networks.

Manage office equipment, user accounts, email, and Microsoft 365.

Oversee Windows Server OS, file servers, backups, and data security.

Maintain CCTV, attendance systems, and asset inventory.
