Role Description
The Area Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing multiple Love Over Coffee outlets within the region. This role includes managing daily store operations, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all locations. The Area Manager will lead and support store teams, oversee staffing levels, coordinate training, and coach team members to achieve performance goals. Daily responsibilities also involve reviewing sales reports, implementing local marketing initiatives,



managing budgets, and optimizing inventory and supply chains. The Area Manager will collaborate with senior management to drive customer satisfaction, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and support the opening of new outlets as the brand expands.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in multi-store retail or food and beverage operations management, preferably in cafés or quick service restaurants.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse staff.
- Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, including sales reporting and cost control.
- Solid understanding of customer service best practices, hospitality standards, and complaint resolution.
- Ability to coordinate scheduling, staffing, and training across multiple locations while maintaining consistency in brand standards.
