About the Role

Marma Consultancy is hiring for a Senior data analyst role for a rapid growing BI Consulting firm. This is a full time, work from office role based out of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Business intelligence or related sectors. The candidate is expected to take the ownership of project delivery for a Fintech client. Candidates having prior experience in Fintech or Supply chain analytics (Inventory optimization, production order planning) will be preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership. The candidate should have excellent problem solving and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business review meetings with key stakeholders
- Design and plan the scope of the requirement based on stakeholder inputs
- Contribute hands on in building complex logics in SQL and python following the best practices of writing the code
- Train and manage a team of junior analysts

Nice to Have
- Basic statistical modeling experience
- Mid tier Data Engineering Experience (ETLs, Realtime data processing,



Big data frameworks)
- Mid tier Cloud frameworks experience (big data lakes, Amazon Redshift/Google Bigquery or equivalent, Log processing for analytics)

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics; supply chain/inventory analytics background preferred but not restrictive
- Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Strong Python skills for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy
- Experience translating operational data (e.g., inventory, resource usage) into financial impact analysis - cost, ROI, working capital, efficiency metrics
- High adaptability - proven ability to work across different business domains/projects.
- Strong business and financial acumen - able to connect data insights to P&L; or cost outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to varied stakeholder groups across projects
