Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Marketing Coordination, preferably in an automotive manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Automotive OEM/Tier-1 customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/Odoo.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of production planning and dispatch coordination.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
