Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Career Guide(Finance) to support prospective students in making informed career decisions and guide them through the admission process. The role involves
understanding students' career aspirations, recommending suitable finance training programs, counselling them on career opportunities, and managing the complete admission lifecycle from
enquiry to enrolment.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to achieve admission targets while delivering an
exceptional student experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and help them identify suitable career paths based on their interests, skills, and aspirations.
- Guide candidates on available finance courses, career opportunities, fee structures, financing options, and payment plans.
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Conduct effective follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Manage the complete student admission cycle, including counselling, documentation, enrolment, and payment collection.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending fee payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Coordinate and communicate upcoming batch schedules with students, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student records, enquiry data, and admission MIS in the CRM/system.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with students and alumni to encourage referrals and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct student interaction sessions, orientation programs, and other engagement activities whenever required.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, admission guidelines, and operational processes.
