Role Description
The Project Lead – Interior will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, from planning and design coordination to on-site implementation and final handover. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients, architects,



designers, vendors, and contractors; and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and ISO standards. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving site issues, monitoring progress, and preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders. The Project Lead will also support decision-making on materials and finishes, optimize workflows, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications
- Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination for interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Experience in on-site supervision, vendor and contractor coordination, and quality and safety compliance within interior project
