Role Description
The Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role leads the design, specification, and integration of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial and regulated facility projects,



ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. The engineer oversees load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, cable routing, and instrumentation layouts, and coordinates with process, mechanical, civil, and automation teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving engineering documents, resolving site-level technical issues, guiding field installation and commissioning activities, and supporting troubleshooting of electrical and control systems. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, engaging with clients and vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.
