Role Description
National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Research Support Service (RSS) Hub hosted by the University of York is seeking a Patient-Public Involvement & Engagement (PPIE) Manager.
The NIHR RSS provides seamless access to support, advice, research design and collaboration from pre-application to post-application for researchers working across the remit of NIHR in England. This is provided through eight Hubs and specialist centres for Public Health and Social Care across England who come together as a national Network. The RSS Hub hosted by the Department of Health Sciences is a partnership with the Universities of Sheffield and Leeds.

Role
As PPIE Manager you will provide leadership in embedding patient and public involvement and inclusive approaches across RSS Hub culture, structure, and processes.
You will work in partnership with the RSS team, including public members, researchers, PPIE advisors and professional support staff to foster a culture of innovation and learning about public involvement in research.
