- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth daily execution.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
- Manage inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and key warehouse performance metrics.
- Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and manage shift operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transport teams for seamless operations.
- Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining service quality and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and warehouse best practices.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization.
- Must have 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Solid Excel skills, WMS/ERP exposure, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
