Role Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor.



The role includes planning and organizing manufacturing operations, allocating resources, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. The Manufacturing Supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve guiding and mentoring production team members, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, maintaining documentation, and reporting performance metrics to management.
