Role Overview
Mobilab is looking for a senior, hands-on operations leader to take full end-to-end ownership of manufacturing across
our Biochemistry device, Urine Analyzer, FIA Analyzer, and Reagent product lines. This role sits with individual functions
Procurement, QC, Inventory, Production, and Dispatch with the mandate to bring discipline, accountability, and
on-time batch delivery to the shop floor. You will bridge engineering and factory execution, personally driving root-
cause resolution rather than escalating and waiting.
A Typical Week Looks Like

Monday: Review batch plan across all four product lines against procurement and inventory readiness; flag
material or vendor risks before they become line stoppages
Daily: Walk the floor assembly, testing, calibration, packaging checking yield, rework rate, and SOP adherence

As issues arise: Lead RCA on any defect, delay, or field complaint the same day it surfaces, and own the CAPA
through to closure
Ongoing: Coordinate directly with (Production), (QC), (Inventory), and (Procurement) as one accountable unit
not as separate silos reporting upward independently
Weekly: Present batch completion status, open CAPAs, and vendor/material risks to leadership with transparent,
documented ownership of next steps
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end batch execution coordination with Procurement Production QC Dispatch, with personal
accountability for on-time completion

Drive daily/weekly shop-floor discipline: SOP adherence, output tracking, same-day escalation of blockers
Own CAPA/RCA process end-to-end production defects, field-reported issues, and market complaints
Manage vendor qualification, local sourcing, and negotiation to remove sing
