Job Title: Zonal Head

Job Summary

The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned zone. The incumbent will lead Regional Managers and Branch Managers, develop market expansion strategies, ensure achievement of business targets, and maintain a high-performing sales organization while delivering sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the zonal business strategy in line with organizational objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and profitability across the assigned zone.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Managers and Branch Managers to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and portfolio quality across all branches.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, channel partners, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.




- Review business performance through regular MIS, forecasting, and P&L; analysis.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and market penetration in the Delhi region.
- Develop and retain high-performing teams while fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team comprising Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives

Team Hiring Requirement
- Candidate should be capable of joining with an existing, high-performing team.
- Must be able to onboard with a minimum of:
- 1 Branch Manager (BM)
- 7 Relationship Managers (RMs)
- The team should have a proven track record of business acquisition, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a reliable and productive team that can ensure faster business ramp-up and market penetration.

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduat
