About the Role

We are a leading construction firm with a diverse portfolio spanning high-end residential villas, large-scale industrial facilities, multi-story apartment complexes, and comprehensive labour supply contracts. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives .

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within our core project sectors. You will leverage your extensive industry network and strategic acumen to build lasting relationships with developers, main contractors, and key stakeholders to drive revenue and expand our project pipeline .

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue current business opportunities across the villa, industrial, and apartment construction sectors. This includes securing new clients and developing a robust sales pipeline .

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and property owners. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts .

Labour Contracts: Drive growth in our labour supply division by winning new contracts with subcontractors, main contractors, and developers. Secure labour supply agreements for trades and operatives across various projects .

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy .

Proposal & Bid Management: Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to prepare, present, and negotiate competitive proposals, bids, and contracts .

Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and buil
