- Experience in designing scalable CRM governance frameworks.
- Track record of leading CRM standardisation projects.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.

- HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architect, Sales Hub, Service Hub).
- Experience with data migration and platform integrations.
