Key Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, and other operational requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts to achieve cost efficiency and value.
- Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of materials to support restaurant operations.




- Monitor inventory levels across restaurant outlets and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements.
- Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material wastage through effective inventory planning.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality and operational standards.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with food safety, quality, and company standards.
- Verify purchase orders, goods received, and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues, delivery delays, and supply discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, vendor databases, and documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
