Role Overview
Go10 is seeking a Senior Product & Ecommerce Designer to lead the design of our internal and customer-facing digital products.
The role is primarily focused on app and platform UX/UI, followed by Shopify and ecommerce optimisation. You will work directly with Product, Engineering, Ecommerce and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into explicit, intuitive and commercially effective digital experiences.
You will own the design process from discovery and user journeys through wireframes, prototypes, production-ready interfaces, developer handoff and design quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Product and App Design
- Lead UX/UI design across Go10’s apps, internal tools, dashboards and customer-facing platforms.
- Translate business and user requirements into journeys, workflows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Design complex interfaces including dashboards, tables, forms, configuration screens and operational workflows.
- Simplify technical and operational processes without removing necessary functionality.
- Establish and maintain a reusable Figma design system.
- Define interaction patterns, component behaviour and responsive standards.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout discovery, development and release.
- Review implemented work and ensure the final product matches the agreed designs.
- Conduct usability reviews and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Use product data, analytics and observed behaviour to improve usability and adoption.
Shopify and Ecommerce
- Design and improve Shopify storefronts, navigation, product pages, collections and landing pages.
- Improve conversion journeys across desktop and mobile.
- Support ecommerce testing and CRO initiatives.
- Ensure consistency between Shopify, websites, apps and other digital touchpoints.
- Create reusable ecommerce page and campaign templates.
- Work with developers to ensure designs are practical, performant and maintainable.
