We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Control Panel Sales Executive/Sales Engineer responsible for marketing and selling electrical control panels such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC/Automation Panels to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with sales skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities for electrical control panels.
Promote and sell products such as LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Panels.




Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial offers, and submit quotations.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for BOQ, drawings, and pricing.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business development activities.
Ensure proper documentation related to sales orders and customer communication.

Education & Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
MBA (Sales & Marketing) – preferred
