- Design and implement Lab operations manuals and SOPs and ensure its adherence by lab staff
- Oversee Pathologists for all the locations and collaborate with technical team (supervisor & technicians) at the lab
- To manage the budgets of the departments.
- To ensure service excellence with high standard of patient experience (report TAT and accuracy) and take corrective active as required
- Assurance of daily Quality checks, calibration and staff trainings
- To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
- Ensure all labs comply with regulatory requirements, documentation and accreditation standards (NABL)
- To look into CGHS empanelment
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements based on findings.
- To work closely with technical marketing team for content creation, industry liasoning, publishing articles & introducing new product
- Collaborate with business leaders to introduce new diagnostic services and enhance patient offerings and experience
- Work as an enabler and service provider to other departments
- Ensure cross departmental cohesiveness and create positive working setting
