Role Description
The Telecalling Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Telecalling Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about fertility services, and support potential patients with appointment scheduling and basic information. This role includes maintaining call records, updating patient details in the system,



and following up with individuals to confirm appointments or share required information. The Telecalling Executive will collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure clear communication, provide courteous service, and escalate medical or complex queries to the appropriate team members. The position requires consistent adherence to confidentiality standards and a professional, empathetic approach when interacting with individuals seeking fertility care.
