We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate all stages of garment production. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities from line operations to final packaging and inspection, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of products.

Freshers with a positive attitude, leadership skills, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
- Coordinate with line in-charges and production workers to achieve production targets.
- Conduct quality checks during production and before final packing.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to minimize defects and rework.
- Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree .
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of garment production processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Willingness to take responsibility for end-to-end production activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
