Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for various IT positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ATS/database.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in
US IT Recruitment
.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
