About the Role

Scalient is hiring an Outbound & Copy Specialist to run day-to-day outreach execution across our client accounts.

You'll work closely with the founder on LinkedIn and email outreach, adapting AI-generated and pre-written copy so it actually converts, and handling related marketing ops for the agency and its clients.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or systems-building seat, but it's central to how our clients get results.

We're looking for someone with sharp copywriting instincts, who's comfortable with high daily outreach volume, and who can take a brief and run with it without needing every step spelled out.

What You'll Do
- Write and adapt LinkedIn connection notes, DMs, and cold emails that get replies, refining AI-generated drafts, not just sending them as-is
- Run daily outreach across client LinkedIn and email accounts
- Manage follow-ups,



track replies, and keep outreach trackers current
- Support related marketing ops for the agency and clients: campaign tracking, reporting, coordination on deliverables
- Use Apollo, Instantly, and Clay for prospecting and sequencing

What We're Looking For
- Strong copywriting ability, specifically LinkedIn DMs, connection notes, and cold email that converts. This is the single most important skill for this role.
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound, lead generation, or client-facing outreach
- Comfortable with high-volume daily execution
- Working familiarity with Apollo, Claude Code, and similar outreach tools
- Able to take a brief and execute without constant hand-holding
- Delhi-based, available for in-office work during training

- Experience with Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Prior experience with B2B or SaaS client accounts
