Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Logistics Management
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches to meet market demand.
- Ensure zero pending dispatches through effective planning and coordination.
- Manage logistics, transportation, and timely delivery of finished products.
- Coordinate with external transporters and stakeholders for smooth dispatch operations.

2. Packing Plant Operations
- Oversee finished product packing and loading activities.
- Ensure cement bag weights comply with BIS/ISI standards.
- Monitor random weight checks to maintain product quality.
- Minimize bag bursting and packing losses.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives in packing operations.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of packing bags and consumables.

3. Commercial & GST Compliance
- Ensure accurate generation of GST invoices.
- Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and related documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities for tax-related claims and reconciliations.




- Submit daily MIS reports on dispatches and ITC credits.

4. Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and consumables.
- Raise indents for bags and other required materials.
- Ensure adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.

5. Quality & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with the Quality Control department for dispatch clearances.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align dispatch schedules with customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards before product dispatch.

6. Safety, Environment & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures across packing and dispatch operations.
- Promote mandatory usage of PPE by all employees and contractors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working workplace.
- Drive waste reduction and recycling initiatives in compliance with environmental norms.

7. Team & Performance Management
- Plan and manage manpower deployment for
