Asst. Customer Acquisition Manager ( Tele calling )
to join our client's team in Chennai.
The Asst. Customer Acquisition Manager will be the first point of interaction for many prospective customers enquiring about their home interiors. The role involves understanding customer requirements, building trust through conversations, coordinating showroom visits and design consultations, and ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the customer journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, emotional maturity,
customer engagement ability, and consultation-oriented follow-up skills.
• Engage with new and existing customer enquiries through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements, project timelines, and interior expectations.
• Qualify leads and coordinate showroom visits, design consultations, and site meetings.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and meaningful conversations.
• Share company profile, portfolio, process details, and appointment information confidently.
• Maintain and update lead details in CRM / Excel systems.
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams for customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and consistent customer engagement until consultation and conversion stages.
• Support the overall customer journey from enquiry to business opportunity.
