We are seeking a Channel Specialist – Web Analytics & Digital Strategy to drive data-informed decision-making across digital channels. This role will be responsible for website analytics, performance reporting, dashboard creation, data management, and generating actionable insights to optimize digital experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:




Web Analytics & Performance Measurement
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, traffic trends, engagement, and conversion data
Identify opportunities to improve digital channel performance and user experience through data-driven insights
Track and measure KPIs across various digital properties and marketing initiatives
Support optimization efforts by evaluating the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and digital experiences
Data Management & Reporting
Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple digital and business sources to ensure reporting accuracy
Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports to provide timely performance visibility
